Can I buy directly on the site?
Yes. Add pieces to your bag and choose Pay now to complete the purchase in Shopify's secure checkout.
How much do the pieces cost?
Every piece shows its price in the shop and on its product page. The current range is $12.99 - $69.99.
Do you ship?
Yes, across the United States. Cost and timing are calculated at checkout.
Can I return a piece?
We do exchanges, not refunds: you have 30 days from the day of purchase, with the piece unworn and in its packaging.
Can I see it in person?
Yes. We are at the Mosaic Aisles booth, and we also answer questions on Instagram or by phone.
What is filigree?
Metal drawn until it becomes thread, then coiled, soldered and set by hand. Six hours to reach 0.22 mm and two or three days for a pair of earrings.
Are the emeralds real?
Pieces with raw emerald are set with the stone uncut, matrix in plain view. We do not issue gemological certificates: if you need one, tell us before buying.
Do the rings come in sizes?
The filigree rings in the catalogue are adjustable: the band is open and adapts by pressing with your fingers.
