Shipping and exchanges
What we promise, and what we don't yet.
Shipping
We ship across the United States. Cost and timing are confirmed when the order is completed in Shopify's secure checkout.
Exchanges
We do exchanges, not refunds. You have 30 days from the day of purchase. The piece must come back unworn and in its packaging.
Online payment
Add the piece to your bag and pay securely with Shopify. You can also visit us at the Mosaic Aisles booth if you want to see it in person.
What we state about each piece
If we have not confirmed a detail, we do not write it.
- Material and plating
- Base metal and finish, as declared by the workshop.
- Stone
- Natural, raw or resin. We say which.
- Measurements
- Length, diameter and adjustable range, plus a worn photo where one exists.
- Handmade
- Which step: coiling, soldering, setting or stringing.
- Care
- Dry and stored apart. No perfume, chlorine or cream on top.
- Price
- Each piece shows its price on the product page and is confirmed at checkout.
